The DO is currently seeking a Leadership Development Manager to join our team!
In this role, you would co-design and deliver the leadership training aspects of a holistic, hybrid fellowship program for up to 1,000 youth each year around the world with a passion to protect their natural ecosystems. You would lead the 12-month “Personal Sustainability Lab” alongside the leads of the Venture Sustainability and Environmental Sustainability Labs, together ensuring a holistic approach to climate action.
We will be reviewing applications and interviewing candidates on a rolling basis. We will inform all candidates of the status of their application, whether it's been successful or not.
